As a mental health professional with almost 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women across the public, non-profit, and charitable sectors. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and am incredibly proud to be the first and only Bermudian to earn her Doctorate in Social Work. My specialties include mental health, coaching, and education, with a particular focus on women, children, and families.
As a full-time wife, mom, social worker and part-time solopreneur, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage the expectations of personal and professional life while wanting to be exceptional at both. This is why I created Accomplished, so that women can define their own version of success and live that life unapologetically.
